I've returned an item, but my money isn't visible in my account?

In the case of repayment for your returned order, you should expect it to take at least 3-5 working days from the day that we receive the item. This is due to our administration procedure and the expected bank days required for the transaction.
In some cases it may take longer before the money is deposited in your account. This is usually due to a pending period at your bank after they have received the money from us.
