What are my rights, if I return an item?

When you shop at kaufmann.dk, you always have 14 days right of return from the day the order is received. This means that without having to give a reason, you can freely choose to return the item within the first 14 days. However, it does require that the item is returned in the same condition it was received, and that all of the original labels/brands are still intact on the item.
When you return an item, the receipt must always be sent with it.
