Returning an item from abroad

If you made a purchase at kaufmann.dk outside Denmark and want to return an item, it is not possible to exchange the item for another item. You can always return the unwanted item and we will return the money for your item to your credit card. You must pay for the packaging and postage when returning your item if you have ordered the wrong size or you have changed your mind about the purchase.
